Consumer Information (UK/EU summary – Non-contractual)

Provider: Hypha Technologies Ltd (Company No. 16665133, England & Wales), 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, UK.

Seller / merchant of record (supplier of digital content): Hypha Technologies Ltd supplies digital content to consumers on Hypha platform. Creators license their content to Hypha; Hypha pays Creators a revenue share based on unlocks.

Contract language: English. Eligibility: Hypha is 18+ only.

Main characteristics: video-on-demand supplied by Hypha; Hypha Points (HP) top-ups used to unlock content or tip; optional Hypha Extras add-ons subscription (branding, higher daily limits, enhanced analytics).

Total price & taxes: Consumer prices are shown tax-inclusive where required. Where applicable, taxes are charged at the HP top-up stage; no extra consumer tax is added at unlock. No delivery charges (digital supply). Your bank/payment provider may apply FX/other fees.

Payment methods & receipts: Card payments and locally available alternatives are supported through our authorized payment partners. You will receive a receipt on a durable medium (email and/or in-product).

Delivery & performance: Digital supply; immediate availability on unlock. Streaming-only (no downloads).

Technical requirements & interoperability: A stable internet connection and a modern, up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). JavaScript and essential cookies must be enabled for sign-in and playback. Streaming quality depends on your connection and device capabilities.

Withdrawal & refunds (UK/EU consumers):

  • HP top-ups: you may withdraw from an unused HP top-up within 14 days. Once any HP from that top-up are spent, the withdrawal right is lost for that top-up. Request via support@hypha.tv; we confirm your request on a durable medium.
  • Content unlocks (digital content): by unlocking, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose your statutory withdrawal right once streaming begins, as permitted by law. If you experience delivery/playback issues attributable to Hypha, contact us within 48 hours; we may restore HP or credit pro-rata.

Hypha Extras (optional): a paid add-ons subscription on the same Hypha platform (same accounts and payments) that adds branding, higher daily limits, and enhanced analytics. Monthly SaaS, billed in advance, auto-renewing until cancelled. Cancel any time before renewal to stop the next charge; access continues to period end. No refunds for partial periods except where legally required.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact RetailADR (Consumer Dispute Resolution Ltd, CTSI-approved) at retailadr.org.uk. We are not obliged and do not commit to use ADR, but we will tell you in our final response whether we agree to take part in ADR for your case and provide the ADR details on a durable medium.

Legal rights: This summary does not affect your non-waivable consumer rights for digital content, including statutory remedies where digital content is defective.
